Sea Salt and Herb Cod
Looking for a quick and healthy meal? Fish is a perfect weeknight meal because of its easy and quick preparation, and high nutritional value. Fish nourishes the brain with omega-3 nutrients. Additionally, the Maine Coast Sea Salt with Sea Veg that I use is high in iodine- most table salt lacks essential nutrients, which is why many have switched to using Pink Himilyana Salt. While Pink Himilyan salt is high in minerals, Maine Coast Sea Salt is ingrained with seaweed, perfect for a seafood dinner or any dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of Wild-Caught Cod (feeds 3-4)
- Herbs de Provence seasoning
- Maine Coast Sea Salt with Sea Veg
- Avocado Oil
- Lemon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Lay out Cod filets on baking sheet
- Drizzle each filet in olive oil (so that seasoning will stick)
- Coat each filet in Herbs de Provence seasoning and Maine Coast Sea Salt with Sea Veg
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Drizzle lemon on Cod before serving
